What is Stormhowl? The item “Stormhowl” is a headgear for the Druid. However, it is not just any headgear, but you are dealing with one of the rarest uniques.
Uniques belong to a rare breed of items in Diablo 4 that you can get dropped randomly. They are so rare that players can sink hundreds of hours into the grind and still not get a single copy dropped.
As for how it works, Stormhowl is especially worthwhile for builds that revolve around storm and werewolf abilities. You have a 15 – 25 % chance to regenerate 4 spirit when you cast storm abilities.

How to farm Stormhowl in Diablo 4
What you need to pay attention to: A good farming spot are Nightmare Dungeons that host cannibals or cultists. These enemy types have a higher chance of dropping headgear. Note that you should have reached at least World Tier 3. Among the dungeons in Season 1 are:

- Pallid Delve
- Path of the Blind
- Charnel House
- Hawezar
- Bastion of Faith
- Faceless Shrine
- Kehjistan
- Herectics Asylum
- Halls of the Damned
Note that these dungeons might change in Season 2 and you will thus need to visit other dungeons. Additionally, you should plan for a lot of time when farming uniques, as the drop rates are so low that it could take a very long time to get your desired item.
Additionally, it is also worth opening Hellfire chests or even just defeating bosses or elite enemies. However, the dungeons give you a rough direction of where you can likely farm and obtain one.
