What do I need seal powder for? At the Occultist, you can create Nightmare Sigils, which transform regular dungeons into Nightmare Dungeons. One sigil costs you 60 seal powder and 4,000 gold. Nightmare Dungeons are suitable for farming various materials. Particularly worthwhile are sigils with the affix “Horadric Vault” because you can obtain plenty of Obsidian for crafting there.

Farm Spots for Seal Powder
Where do I get seal powder? The fastest way is through the Nightmare Dungeons themselves. There, the material drops either directly or in the form of new sigils. The sigils you don’t need can thus be disassembled at the Occultist, and you will receive seal powder in return.
This is particularly convenient when you are specifically looking for sigils with affixes such as the “Horadric Vault” or those related to Obsidian. This way, you can disassemble those you don’t need and craft new ones – in the hope that you will obtain sigils with suitable affixes.

- Chests from the Tree of Whispers
- Completion of events
- Defeating elite monsters
- Chests in the Hellflow
Where do I get more sigils? To have enough sigils for disassembling, you should primarily farm the chests from the Tree of Whispers alongside the Nightmare Dungeons. The rewards from the seasonal call can also contain Nightmare Sigils. To increase your call, you need to collect “Brutality”, by achieving killstreaks. Overall, there are 24 levels that you can unlock at the board in Gea Kul.
To get through the Nightmare Dungeons as quickly as possible and effectively farm sigils and seal powder, it is also advisable to increase your movement and attack speed.
