Diablo 4: All new uniques in Season 1

General
- Ahavarion, Staff of Lycander (super-unique staff – World Tier 4): After defeating an elite enemy, you will receive a random shrine effect for 10-20 seconds. Can occur only once every 30 seconds.
Developer’s comment: Ahavarion, Staff of Lycander, drops extremely rarely. We wish you the best of luck in taking it from the armies of the Burning Hells.
Barbarian
- Blauzorn (unique sword): Lucky hit – your core skills have a chance of up to 20% to freeze enemies for 3 seconds and deal 0.75-1.5 cold damage.
Druid
- Fleischwolf (unique one-handed mace): Weakening roar and blood howl deal 0.5-1.0 damage to poisoned enemies nearby.
Necromancer
- Lidlose Wand (unique shield): Lucky hit – when you have an active bone storm and hit a target unaffected by the bone storm, there is a chance of 5-25% that an additional bone storm will appear at their position. Each of your active sacrificial bonuses increases this chance by 25% and the maximum number of additional bone storms by +1.
Hunter
- Adlerhorn (unique bow): Piercing shot has a chance of 30-80% to shoot an arrow that ricochets off walls and the environment. If you hit enemies from behind with Piercing shot, they become vulnerable for 3 seconds.
Wizard
- Der Oculus (unique wand): You get the effect of the enchantment Teleportation for free. When you use Evasion with the enchantment Teleportation, you land in a random place.
Developer’s comment: The unique items Blauzorn and Fleischwolf have flat damage effects that scale with power. For example: With an item power of 820, Blauzorn deals 3359-6718 damage.
Diablo 4: All new legendary aspects in Season 1
General
- Temerity (versatile aspect): When at least 5 enemies are near you, you stun them for 2-4 seconds. This effect can only occur once every 20 seconds.
- Cowardice (mobility aspect): You gain 20-40% increased movement speed when you move away from slowed or frozen enemies.
Barbarian
- Ancestors’ Storm (offensive aspect): Charge summons 4 ancestors who also use Charge with 50-100% of normal damage.
Druid
- Underground (offensive aspect): The active ability of Poison Vine also triggers Landslide in a circle around you. Earth skills deal 10-20% more damage to poisoned enemies.
Necromancer
- Blood Spikes (offensive aspect): Blood Lance consumes blood orbs, which also summon lances. Each additional Blood Lance deals 20-50% of normal damage and does not prioritize impaled enemies.
Hunter
- Pestilent Tips (offensive aspect): Every third use of Puncture has poison infusion with 100-150% normal strength.
Wizard
- Scorching Protection (offensive aspect): After you have consumed 200-100 mana, your next Wall of Fire is free and destroys small projectiles.
That was all the new aspects and uniques available in Season 1. Many of them sound interesting, but the majority of players are not satisfied with the latest update. One fan even claims that 95% of the fun has been minimized. The criticism for the update has been severe:
