This is how you play the build: First, use Withering on your enemies and then move through them with Blood Mist to generate corpses. Now use the Corpse Vines to gather enemies and then Corpse Explosions to trigger the deadly miasma.

Now move near the group of enemies and cast your Grim Reaper four times so that your enemies become vulnerable. If you have tougher enemies in front of you, also use your Bone Storm.
