Diablo 4 already has an exciting story, but many players are held back when they want to play seasonally. Blizzard has talked about the campaign and is now explaining how you can get into the endgame right away.
What is it about? Diablo 4 is set to have a ladder like in Diablo 3, where every player can create a seasonal hero. With this hero, you can test seasonal features and items that will only be made available to all players after a season.
While many fans of Diablo 3 were used to being able to skip the campaign after completing it for the first time, there was little information about Diablo 4 until now.
Blizzard has now addressed how to approach the campaign and other heroes that you want to play without the adventure mode.

Campaign can be skipped, says Blizzard
How can you skip the campaign? Blizzard discussed the campaign in an interview with Pushsquare (via pushsquare.com). They want to approach it just like in Diablo 3 – only easier.
If you have completed the campaign for the first time, you do not have to play the story again. You can dive straight into the endgame and start leveling up your hero. The entire open world will then be available for you to explore.
However, whether you will get squashed by demons due to your low level is unknown. It remains to be seen how the scaling of your level will work when the entire map is open to you.
What advantage does such a skip have? Even though the story of Diablo 4 has already captivated many players during the beta, if you had to play it over and over again for a seasonal hero, it could become a nuisance for some.
Most people will play through the story once or twice to immediately dive into looting and leveling with new characters. Playing the story again would only be a hindrance. For this reason, it’s fitting that Blizzard wants to adopt a familiar feature from Diablo 3 into Diablo 4.
