In Season 3 of Diablo 4, a few quests are currently causing issues. For “Kull’s Heart”, you need to gather diaries, but they are not easy to find. What this is about, you can learn here on MeinMMO.
What do I have to do in the quest? As part of the seasonal quest, you will arrive at a new meeting point – “The Gate Hall”. You can reach it via a new waypoint. It serves in Season 3 of Diablo 4 as a transition from the “Overworld” to the vaults.
In the Gate Hall, you will find not only robotic vendors but also a diary. It is located on a table near the wardrobe and is marked as a side quest. As soon as you click on the first diary, a seasonal side quest titled: “Kull’s Heart” will start.
In “Kull’s Heart”, you will need to collect more diaries. The first can be found in the Gate Hall on a table near the wardrobe, and the second is obtained after defeating Malphas at the end of the seasonal main quest.
After these two diaries, however, it seems to be at a standstill for now.
The progress of “Kull’s Heart” is stuck at 2/5
This is the problem: Many players report that after the second diary, they cannot find any more. The quest does not progress any further.
Many players have complained, especially at the beginning of the season, that it does not proceed at this point. However, you just need to be patient: You will find the diaries as planned in the vaults.
In our tests and those of other players, we found diaries mainly after completing Nightmare vaults. We had collected all 5 when we finished the first dungeons at level 31 and above.
So if you’re stuck at 2/5 diaries, just keep going or try higher vault levels. Whether this really affects the drop chances, we cannot confirm yet.
The quest is important to complete a step in the season journey and thus to advance the Battle Pass. Accordingly, it is very important for many players to be able to finish Kull’s Heart as well.
