In Diablo 4 Patch 1.1.1 was able to address some of the major issues from Season 1. However, despite Blizzard’s cleanup action, there are still bugs that spoil the fun for players. A new patch has now been announced and it will come soon.
Which patch is it? Blizzard released its major rescue patch 1.1.1 on all servers of Diablo 4 on August 8. This was supposed to make fundamental changes in the hack & slash. Despite the all-encompassing adjustments, there are still bugs in Sanctuary and players are wondering when another patch will follow.
Fans won’t have to wait long for the new patches, as Diablo 4’s community manager, Adam Fletcher, has vaguely revealed when patches 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 will be released.
When will patch 1.1.2 be released? First up is patch 1.1.2 (via twitter.com), which according to Adam Fletcher will follow “very soon.” However, it is unclear when exactly this patch is supposed to be released. This patch will reportedly fix the quest “Fury against Fate.” We estimate the release will be either this week or the following week.
If that is not enough, there are already plans for another patch. This one is called 1.1.3 and won’t take long to arrive either.
When will patch 1.1.3 be released? Adam Fletcher responded in the Blizzard forum to a post primarily about the issue of a quest bug. This bug prevents you from offering important quests such as those of the druid and his offerings. Adam then responded as follows:
We want to emphasize that we know there is a very small group of players who have reached a state where they cannot start/complete certain quests. This is one of those cases. The team is working on a solution that will be included in (patch) 1.1.3.
I know this may sound a bit far-fetched, but it should be ready in the next few weeks. I just wanted to inform the players who are experiencing this problem with some quests.

However, Adam Fletcher does not go into more detail about the update. What other changes will follow with patch 1.1.3 and when exactly it will be released remains a mystery for now. But at least the fans know that the quest issue will soon be a thing of the past.
Blizzard is diligently working to make Diablo 4 a better place. Even the drop rate of one of the best items in Season 1 has been improved and that in a recently released hotfix.
