The beta of Diablo 4 is plagued by several errors, especially 34203 and 31679 are causing trouble. We have looked around and list information about known errors and whether there are solutions.

Diablo 4: Error 34203
This is a network error, the servers are either unavailable or overloaded. The error is particularly annoying because it usually occurs after going through the queue.
The solution to the problem is usually not in your hands. However, you can check how busy it is currently and estimate whether there are many server issues and whether it is worth waiting in a queue:

Diablo 4: Error 316719
According to reports, this error also involves problems with the server. There is not much you can do other than wait or try to improve your connection to the server.
You can do the following:
- Check Blizzard Support on Twitter for issues
- Check Downdetector Diablo 4
- Try tips from the developer for server issues
Sometimes it helps if you restart the game. With this error, you will probably have to go through the queue again.
Diablo 4: Error 30008
This error can reportedly be clearly assigned. It is said to be a conflict with your DNS server, so something related to your internet connection.
The recommendation for error 30008: Execute the command “flushdns”. Here, developer Blizzard explains how it works on PC and Mac as well as on different operating systems:
Diablo 4: Error “Out of Memory” or “Memory Leak”
There are reports of a memory leak error. The load on your RAM increases continuously until Diablo 4 crashes.
The error apparently only affects PC players who have downloaded the high-res texture pack. It is recommended to set the “texture quality” in the graphics settings to “medium” to avoid the error.
Other known errors
Developer Blizzard has already published a list of known errors in the beta (via Blizzard Forum):
- Display problems during the Lorath introduction sequence when it is bright in the game
- Voice chat may not work correctly for all players
- Work is being done on performance issues – especially for older systems
- The “Play” option in the character selection menu is still a placeholder
- Queues may indicate inaccurate times – stay in the queue, a restart will always put you at the end of the queue
- In the beta, localization is still limited, more options will be available for language settings at release
Tips from the developer for server issues
Developer Blizzard, however, offers a few tips for connection issues. In certain cases, the connection can be affected if certain settings/programs have an impact:
- Close all other applications on your PC
- Restart your router
- Switch to LAN instead of W-LAN
- Temporarily disable your antivirus programs
- Renew your IP / Clear DNS cache
- Disable proxy servers
- Download the latest drivers for your devices
