For Season 4 in Diablo 4, the developers have set up a special test server so you can try out the changes in advance. However, it has now been revealed that some things were intentionally not included.
What happened with the test server? The test server of Diablo 4 was supposed to give all players the opportunity to try out the new changes in the game and provide their feedback.
The test server has now closed, and the developers have responded with the first feedback. However, instead of evaluating the feedback, the Director of Global Community Development, Adam Fletcher, revealed something quite different on X.
If you want to see how beautiful Diablo 4 can look, we have a video for you here.
Some items were intentionally left out of the game
What was kept secret? Adam Fletcher announced in a post on X that they had reviewed the community feedback and were implementing changes based on it.
He mentions that almost all items were present on the test server. Some items were intentionally left out because they want to save them for the season. They aim to round out the season with these items. However, he does not elaborate on what you can expect.
We are pleased that we could largely focus on your feedback this season, and the PTR held back very little. There are a few small items that we have kept in reserve that will round out the season. We look forward to everyone diving fully into the season next month.

What about balancing? The balancing of Diablo 4 is supposed to be explained, along with the items that have not yet been shown to us, in a separate stream. The stream has not yet been announced, and a date will follow soon.
