Diablo 4 is planning further maintenance on the servers today. Players are wondering if there are patch notes and Blizzard is responding to that.
What is happening today? This Tuesday, there may be disconnections and login issues in Diablo 4 during the evening hours. The team will be working on the game and is announcing a time window for the maintenance. Just yesterday, on Monday, there were already several hours of work.

Maintenance on June 27 with server downtime?
When is the work happening? Starting at 6:30 PM, today’s maintenance will commence and is expected to last until 11:00 PM. How severely it will affect your gaming experience remains to be seen. On Monday evening, many players had no issues playing during the four-hour window.
Blizzard writes in the comment about today’s schedule (via battle.net): “During this period, there may be restrictions and disconnections. However, a re-login should be possible.”
If everything goes as planned, the servers should not go completely down.
“Where are the patch notes?” Although the appointments on June 26 and 27 are just about maintenance, players are asking on social media about patch notes. The Community Development Director of Diablo 4, Adam Fletcher (PezRadar
), responds to one of these questions on Twitter.
A user writes that the community feels quite abandoned and whether there are any updates on the patch. Or patch notes. Fletcher responds that there was no patch. However, he explains that:
“Well, we do not release patch notes when there is no patch. The post I am responding to claims that a patch was released without notes. We mentioned a few weeks ago that we are working on a larger patch in the coming weeks.”
When the big update will come, PezRadar does not want to specify a concrete date so that no one gets disappointed. But it should be “very, very soon”.
With a big update, Blizzard wants to bring some buffs and nerfs into the game. Concrete changes were also mentioned, such as the nightmare dungeons that are supposed to yield more experience points.
