In a live-action trailer, Blizzard shows how they collaborated with an artist to paint the Chapelle des Jesuites in Cambrai, France, with images from Diablo 4. This is all advertising for the upcoming open beta. If you play the beta, your face could even be immortalized in the pictures.
This is the trailer: On the occasion of the upcoming open beta of Diablo 4, there is a new trailer. In it, Blizzard shows a tour of a real church that has been painted with images from Diablo.
You can see illustrations of the 5 classes from Diablo 4 and some of the main characters of the game – such as the demoness Lilith. The art was created by Baroque artist Adam Miller, and in the trailer itself, Charles Dance, who is particularly known as Tywin Lannister from Game of Thrones, speaks.
In a “behind the scenes”, the creators show that several canvases were painted and then hung in the cathedral. Together with the video, there is a new contest.
You can find the trailer here:

How can I win? If you play any class up to level 25 during the open beta of Diablo 4, you will enter the draw. Then you have the chance to have your face immortalized in the pictures in the Chapelle des Jesuites.
However, you must play the correct open beta of Diablo 4; the pre-order beta does not count:
- The pre-order beta runs from March 17 to March 19
- The open beta runs from March 24 to March 26
More information about the contest and registration is available on the official website.
If you play the open beta, you are also guaranteed to receive some rewards – depending on how far you get:
What’s included in the open beta? Level 25 is the maximum level in the open beta of Diablo 4. During the testing period, you can play the entire prologue and Act 1. Included in the beta are:
- all 5 classes during the open beta
- a world boss to fight
- co-op gameplay for groups of up to 4 players
- couch co-op – only one player needs to have access, also applies to the pre-order beta
Even though both betas only run for 3 days, you can play as long as you want. After level 25, you will simply stop gaining experience and leveling up. If you are not sure which class you want to play, we give you some help here:
