This is how you play the build: If you have found a group of tough enemies, activate your Berserker’s Wrath. Now use your Battle Cry. Then follow with Blood Spear and then Death Blow. Once your rage is full, use Slash.
If you have no rage left, use Harvest to regenerate some. You will now follow this rotation to effectively bleed your enemies dry.
