The German streamer Niklas Honor
Behrens found himself in a stream of the top nerd from Twitch, Asmongold. And he happened to be watching the low points of the German streamer: His deaths in Diablo 4.
Niklas Honor
Behrens from the German streaming team Bonjwa had not had a good start in Diablo 4: Just in time for the pre-order start on June 2, he jumped in with his barbarian Heidi into the eagerly awaited action RPG, only to find out, that he made a crucial mistake during creation.
The successors of Heidi also fared no better: The second and third versions died in hardcore mode and are thus irretrievably lost. Not only that, Honor also received the dubious honor of landing in the stream of the biggest MMORPG streamer on Twitch with his defeats. The German streamer is visibly uncomfortable with this.
Asmongold judges: His own fault
How did the situation arise? In a stream, Asmongold recently reacted to hardcore deaths in Diablo 4. There are plenty of them, some are more deserved than others. The outcome is always the same: The character and all their nice equipment are gone.
This is bitter for the affected players, but rather entertaining for the viewers, especially when the virtual demise is accompanied by an emotional outburst. Asmongold, who seems to enjoy the suffering of others more than playing himself, also came across Honor’s clips.
What does Asmongold have to say about the German streamer? Heidi the 2nd met her end in a fight against the Blood Bishop. Honor failed to clear the opponent’s mines in time. A mistake for which Asmongold has little sympathy:
He didn’t kill enough of the little orbs and then he ran in. Bro, that is 100% on him, 100%. He shouldn’t have done that, that’s just how it is.
“It’s a tough day”
When Asmongold saw the now-familiar face of Honor again in the next clip, he initially thought he was dealing with the same recording again, but far from it. Instead, it was the premature and ignoble end of “Dreidi”, who never made it past level 1.
There the MMORPG streamer was first speechless, before he got to the point: My God, it’s a tough day.
You can watch Honor’s entire reaction to Asmongold (who in turn reacts to him) here:
How does Honor react? The German streamer seems to feel a bit uncomfortable when Asmongold sees the second death after the first blunder. But at least: Asmongold is not as judgmental as others when watching death clips, says Honor.
Others always analyze everything to death: The backseating when dying.
