What changes in Season 29?

Balance changes:
- For the Crusader, there are adjustments to Akkhan’s Mercy and the Belt of the Guardian
- For the Demon Hunter, the Gear of Terror set has been optimized
- For the Witch Doctor, adjustments have been made to the Manajuma set and the Chicken
