Blizzard’s hack-and-slash epic Diablo 3 has started its third season today, Friday, April 10th, at 6:00 PM our time.
To engage players even three years after the release, Blizzard has come up with something for the third season. They give players what they crave the most: New legendary items and class sets. This time, reaching level 70 grants the transmog set “Legends of the Conqueror.”
Among the legendary items, players will notably find the infamous sword from World of Warcraft, Ashbringer. New challenges are also provided for achievement hunters.
While the second season was very short, they want to take their time with the third, planning at least four months. To keep the gameplay fresh, since man does not live by loot alone, they have also adjusted the game with patch 2.2.0.
