Two weeks after the start of Season 25 in Diablo 3, we look at the leaderboards. Which class is currently the best for solo pushing and which class is at the bottom ranks?
What’s happening in Diablo 3? On December 10, Season 25 started with the new Soul Shards that players can socket into their head and weapons. With the great powers of these shards, some builds of the seven classes in D3 become even stronger.
Now, two weeks after the launch, we look at the leaderboards of Season 25. Which classes are leading with best times and which class is at the bottom? This gives a good view of the current winners and losers.
Diablo 3: Leaderboards from Season 25 as of December 24
What are we showing here? We are showing you the current interim results of the leaderboards for Season 25 in Diablo 3. We are looking at the European leaderboards in softcore mode for solo players. The time is counted for the “Overall” category, which considers all sets.

Which builds are being played? In the list, we’ve linked each hero profile with which the record was set. Whether the builds with which the times were recorded are still applied is not guaranteed. By looking at the hero profile, you get an insight into which skills and items the characters are currently equipped with.
What stands out? The lineup in the leaderboard corresponds well to what the tier list of Season 25 predicted. Monks with the Inna’s set and Mystic Allies are currently a highlight and are at the top of the tier list in S-Tier. This is reflected in the rankings – monks complete a GR of level 150 in just under 5 minutes, while Crusaders take significantly longer with 13 minutes.
The WW set of the Barbarians is currently not able to keep up and will likely struggle to fight towards GR 150 with higher Paragon levels.
It is also noticeable that the ranking of the Demon Hunters has finally stabilized. Just shortly after the launch of the season, a huge exploit was discovered that ruined leaderboard fun for players. Players with the Demon Hunter class could exploit a feature of the GoD set to massively increase their damage. Thus, they were able to complete Greater Rifts of level 150 in just under a minute.
Blizzard has since deleted these entries from the leaderboard and ensured more fairness. However, this exploit was a negative highlight right at the start of the season that was widely discussed in the community.
