What makes Season 21 different? The new season theme provides strong effects on the battlefield, such as meteors, which are supposed to help you significantly when taking down mobs and rift bosses. The theme raised major concerns on the test servers. Blizzard adjusted the buff for the live servers accordingly.

What do the tier list rankings mean? In this tier list for Season 21, you will find builds that have been categorized based on their potential. Builds in the “S” category are considered the strongest of the season. Builds in the “C” category are weaker.
Despite these differences, all builds are “good.” Even a build from category F can reach high levels in Greater Rifts. Builds from category S have the potential to go even higher.
Generally, you should view this tier list as a rough guideline and not as the absolute truth. The lineup could also change during the season.
With all these builds, you can easily clear Greater Rifts of level 70. You need this milestone to unlock archetype items. They are among the strongest items in Diablo 3.

- B-Tier – Frenzy Barb (via D3planner.com) – Here you play the latest Barbarian set, the Horde of the Ninety Savages. Even if it is not the strongest build, you will have a lot of fun slicing.
- C-Tier – HOTA Reakor (via D3planner.com) – You found this build in Season 20 in the C-Tier of the tier list. Not much has changed, and it is a nice alternative to the other two top-3 builds.
