Our step-by-step guide on how to level up quickly and efficiently in the new Season 6 of Diablo 3.
Especially in the early phase of Diablo 3, it is crucial how quickly you reach the maximum level, as there are few other players around to “boost” you at that time. There are, however, several points to consider to make leveling faster in Season 6.
How to level up particularly fast in Diablo 3 from Patch 2.4.1
- Start the game on the difficulty “Hard” and first do the Act with the bonus Bounty to quickly get your first skills and some gear.
- After you’ve retrieved your loot from the bonus cube, craft Cain’s or Born’s set to gain extra experience points.
- Up to Level 20, you should do Solo Rifts on the “Hard” difficulty.
- Once you reach Level 20, it is advisable to kill Leoric to obtain his Crown as loot. You should then socket it with a Ruby – this will greatly increase your experience points. The new, stronger massacre bonus also works well with a Ruby in your helm – and it is worth it!
- From Level 20 to 42, continue with solo rifts on “Hard” – if that becomes too boring, you can alternatively farm bonus acts or select specific quests that are likely to give you a massacre bonus to gain experience quickly.
- Once you reach Level 42, you should craft a 1-handed weapon for Level 60 that has a level requirement reduction of 18 levels. Then you can probably raise the difficulty and still do well in solo rifts. However, keep in mind that you should play time-efficient: just because you can do a solo rift on torment 1 doesn’t mean you would get less experience on “Hard” in that time. Even if you have items with reduced level requirements, solo rifts on “Hard” can still be the most effective.
- Once you reach Level 61 and have obtained Death’s Breath, you should craft a 2-handed weapon. It should ideally be a level 70 weapon with reduced level requirements.
- From here, continue leveling in solo rifts on “Hard” or at a higher difficulty if you have very good gear, until you reach Level 70. If rifts become too monotonous, you can also farm massacre bonuses in the Halls of Agony.
Tips and Tricks for Speed Leveling in Diablo 3 for Season 6
- As soon as you start the game and begin your season, you should steal the weapon from your companion and equip it yourself.
- Crafting low-level legendary items now requires the same crafting materials as crafting rare items, just more of them. So you don’t need any extra ingredients.
- You should buy rings (level 7) and amulets (level 11) with min-max damage, as these scale well in the early levels and provide you with a lot of extra damage.
- When you are around level 20, you’ve probably already found some gems as loot. Socket Rubies in helmets and weapons. Diamonds in armor and jewelry.
- Also, keep all legendary items you find on your leveling path. In Kanai’s Cube, low-level items are just as good as max-level items.
- Definitely do not throw away a Bovine Bardiche or a Puzzle Ring, as these items grant you access to special zones that you should ideally enter with friends at level 70. Alternatively: You can also use the Bovine Bardiche while leveling, as there are a lot of enemies in the zone that can provide you with massacre bonuses.
