In Patch 2.4.1 for Diablo 3, it particularly concerns Pets and other visual improvements – we show you how to get them!
If you are looking for new Pets, or companions, in Diablo 3, then you will likely be happy with Patch 2.4.1. There are 20 new companions in Diablo 3 that can soon belong to your characters. To obtain 19 of these 20 Pets, you need to kill a Menagerist Goblin. You will learn where these Goblins are located and where to find the last Pet, right now.
Farm Routes for Pets in Diablo 3
Diablo 3 player “Bluddshed” has uploaded a guide on his Youtube channel, showcasing his most effective farm routes for Goblins. If you encounter a Menagerist Goblin, it will drop one of the new Pets for you. Points 1 & 2 are the best places, as the spawn rates for the pocket carriers are highest there.
- Northern Highlands (Act 1) – Here you have the chance to discover up to 2 Goblins in a short amount of time. After teleporting to the waypoint, head right and look along the road for a Goblin. Afterwards, head north up the stairs for an additional chance of a Goblin spawn.
- Southern Highlands (Act 1) – From the waypoint, cross the bridge and look for the entrance to the Cave of the Moon Clans on the map. You have the chance to find a Goblin both on the first and second levels. Remember to turn your sound up, as you can hear Goblins from a great distance.
- The Royal Crypts (Act 1) – Unlike shown in the video, you should search the entire level until you reach the entrance to the royal crypt.
- The Blistering Woods (Act 1) – Here you should make a large circle around the entire map, as there is no specific spawn point for a Goblin.
- Tower of the Damned (Act 3) – After teleporting to this waypoint, make a circular route around the edge – if you find or hear nothing there, teleport to the next point.
- Tower of the Cursed (Act 3) – As in the last tower, run in a large circle around the map and keep an eye out for Goblins.
While there are also farm routes in the Halls of Agony (Act 1) or the Two Levels of the Besieged Tower (Act IV), Bluddshed has not found Goblins as frequently there as in the areas mentioned here. Once you have obtained all 19 of these companions, you can try to catch an extremely rare specimen.
Where to find Liv Moore in Diablo 3?
The 20th Pet, and the only Pet that is not dropped by Menagerist Goblins, can be found in the Grove of Wailing in Act 1. You will receive your personal private Zombie from a rare special enemy named Rav Whitemane. However, he only appears very rarely, which makes Liv Moore a special companion.
