How are players reacting? The new update is well received in the community. On reddit players are discussing how important the map fix was. Hallettnr writes:
“The map bug has been fixed!! The patch just came out a few minutes ago. It is said that the map bug has finally been fixed […].” Later, Hallettnr edited their post, explaining that after 20 minutes of gameplay, they had not encountered the bug at all. “I have never managed that for so long. Thank God”
Other players confirm in the comments that the bug has apparently been eliminated.
What kind of bug was it? “At some point, when you finish a run and start a new one, it shows you the old explored map and the new map overlapping in the new run,” explains Hallettnr. “This made it hard to see where you were going and what you had already explored or not.”
