Devilian spricht über die ersten Wochen, kündigt Balance-Änderung und Features an

The launch of Devilian was only two weeks ago, but the developers are already hard at work on a PvP update to improve the balance.

Balance changes and new features

Although the action RPG Devilian was just launched on Steam recently, granting players from Europe and America access, Trion Worlds is already feverishly working on improvements in the PvP area. They have taken the players’ feedback (read: complaints) to heart and want to make significant adjustments to the balance to rein in certain classes while empowering others.

The developers hope that players will continue to actively participate in the forum, as a large part of the changes was deemed necessary based on player suggestions. Concrete plans have not yet been disclosed, but players can look forward to the first changes in a small patch that is expected to be released in early January.

Group PvP

Another long-desired feature since the beta has been the ability to register with multiple players for PvP battles simultaneously. This will be possible after the January update, at least in the context of arena fights, which will be held with teams of 3 players each.

Last but not least, two additional features are mentioned, which are expected to arrive with the first major update in January. What exactly this entails has not been revealed yet, but more details will be presented in the coming weeks.

Special title for Seadrifter

They briefly mentioned the launch of the game, noting that overall, everything went smoothly without serious issues. The only complaint was the temporary total failure of the “Seadrift” server. To compensate the players there, they will be awarded the title “Drifter” around January 6th – this title is unique and cannot be obtained again.

Currently, the Hellfreeze Festival is taking place in Devilian, where players can secure some unique rewards by fulfilling wishes for the NPC Monica. More news about the action RPG can be found on our Devilian topic page.
