Xur appears every Friday at 11 am. He hangs around until Sunday at 11 am. Then he packs up his exotic goods and disappears until he reappears next week.

Xur has specific locations in the Tower and the Reef where he spends the weekend. It is still unknown whether he will have a location on Felwinter Peak as well. He is located in the Tower hangar in the bar. ProNDC will guide you there.
