In Destiny, on December 30th, the Agent of the Nine arrives. Where is Xur located and what items does he have available?
The end of 2016 is approaching rapidly. Bungie may still be in vacation mode, but the Agent of the Nine knows no holidays. He spends New Year’s Eve and the morning of New Year’s Day with the Guardians, fulfilling his duty as an Exotic vendor.
Last week, Xur caused disappointed (and somewhat angry) faces at Christmas: He didn’t bring any Three of Coins. Bungie responded shortly thereafter. They are investigating this issue for future Xur appearances. But once again, he doesn’t have any.

Xur arrives on Fridays at 10 AM. He offers you his inventory for a few hours in exchange for Strange Coins. On Sunday, January 1st, he will leave again at 10 AM.

Xur spends every weekend in the Tower or the Reef at specific locations. This time, he is located in the Reef.
