Xur arrives today, on November 6th, to Destiny and offers his goods. We reveal his inventory and location.
It’s slowly vacation time in Destiny; nothing crazy new has happened in the last week, and there have been no new quests or exotic weapons. PvP events are now ongoing, with only the “Challenge Mode” for the raid still pending, which can be expected in December.
Two patches are still coming to Destiny in 2015, with the one in November making some quests and loot challenges easier, while the December patch will likely address the balance. Otherwise, Bungie is currently keeping us pretty much in the dark, and the future plans are still unknown two months after the launch of “The Taken King”.

What time does Xur arrive? How long will he stay?
Xur’s schedule says he arrives at 10:00 AM on November 6th in the Tower or in the Reef. He will stay until Sunday, November 8th, at 10:00 AM.

What items does Xur have today?
Xur does not have a weapon this week, but an exotic helmet engram for 19 strange coins.
Hunters receive the helmet Celestial Nighthawk for 13 coins.
Titans receive the Helmet of the Inner Light.
For Warlocks, he has The Impossible Machines, which are gloves.
As a Legacy Engram, there is a Primary Weapon Engram – Year 1 weapons with Year 1 stats can come from this.
From the helmet engram, the following “new” Year 2 helmets can emerge:
- THE STAG for the Warlock
- Taikonaut and Celestial Nighthawk for the Titan
- Graviton Pursuit and Heaven’s Burner for the Hunter
