In Destiny, the Exotic vendor Xur appears today, on October 21st. Where is he and what weapon, which armor pieces, and which ornaments does he offer?

Xur will appear today, on October 21st, at 11 AM. He chooses a location to spend the weekend, chats a bit with the Guardians, and shows them his inventory, hoping to get rid of more than just his Three of Coins. On Sunday, he will leave for home at 11 AM.
