It’s Friday again. The week went by surprisingly quickly in Destiny. Amid all the leaks, “prophecies”, the actual patch that came Wednesday, and the app feature that was just gifted yesterday, Bungie’s MMO shooter is picking up pace again after the beginning and middle of February seemed to lose some momentum.
Xur’s Decryption? Of Predictions and Leaks
Once again, this week revolved around everyone’s favorite faceplant, Mr. Xur. It was always thought to be impossible to find out what he would have. Until someone actually managed it last Friday and predicted the inventory correctly. This user is considered by some to be “the true Xur” or at least a “Xur interpreter”, “Xuradamus”, or “the Xur whisperer”.
He has already predicted what Xur should have for today, but he later also limited this: After the patch on Tuesday, it could be anything. Before that, it was supposedly the Universal Remote and the Heart of Praxic Fire. We don’t know.
What we do know: Xur will definitely have an exotic engram with him, this was changed in the last patch.

What does Xur have for Hunters, Warlocks, and Titans in Destiny this week? What weapon does he sell?
Xur sells the shotgun “The Universal Remote” this week. This is convenient: The shotguns were heavily buffed in PvE with patch 1.1.1, and with them, this Glimmer farm spot is easily achievable.
For Hunters, he has the DLC helm “ATS/8 Arachnoid (2* 44/47).” He has never offered this before.
He charges Titans 13 strange coins for the gloves “No Backup Plans (89/96)“.
From Warlocks, he wants 13 strange coins; in return, they receive “The Heart of Praxic Fire (129/139).” This chest armor has never been offered before and Warlocks have been longing for it for ages.
Additionally, Xur sells an exotic helm engram this week and NO heavy ammo syntheses. At least here the Japanese Xuradamus was wrong.
