Xur is selling the Fatebringer, a hand cannon. It was exclusive to PlayStation players in year 1. There is no Engram this week.

For Warlocks, there are the Shackles of Dusk. (56 DIS).
Xur has a legacy engram, a primary weapon engram. Year 1 weapons with year 1 stats can drop from this.
