The ((GENESIS CHAIN~)) is the Adept version of the auto rifle GENESIS CHAIN~. In addition to the new writing, it also has a fresh look and has been granted Solar damage. The stats and perks are identical to the legendary version.
The Genesis Chain belongs to the archetype with the highest impact. The range and reload speed are good, but the stability and aim assist could be better:
These are the perks:
Curse of the Whirlwind: Additional damage to Fallen, bonus agility
Focus Fireball: Precise kills cause the target to explode when Fire Focus is active
Fire Focus: When zooming in, the weapon fires slower but deals additional damage
You have the choice of:
Hammer Forged: Increased range and precision
Quick Reload
High-Caliber Rounds: Causes targets to flinch, making them harder to handle
Additionally, there are Field Choke, Improved Ballistics, and Linear Compensator.
Legendary GENESIS CHAIN~
The Genesis Chain is one of the few automatic weapons that has a Fireball, making it an interesting choice in PvE. This allows you to wreak havoc through hordes of Adds. On top of that, the weapon performs surprisingly well in PvP.
In the last patches, automatic rifles have been buffed – especially those with high impact. If you don’t already own the “Genesis Chain”, you can go hunt for it.
