Destiny 2 is bringing the saga of light and darkness to a close after 10 years with The Final Shape. Along this long journey, we have encountered various characters who either stood by us to help or sought to destroy us with all their power.
Some of the characters we met are real nuisances. Others, however, are really cool and popular among players. But who is the coolest character in Destiny?
We have listed 25 different characters from Destiny 1 and Destiny 2 in our survey for you to choose from, so you can help your favorite gain the fame he or she deserves.
How was the selection of characters made? We consulted within the editorial team and decided on 25 characters who had cool appearances, were recurring figures, or significantly influenced the story of the loot shooter.
NPCs like Xûr, Tess Everis, or Master Rahool hold a special place in the Destiny community, but lost the coolness comparison against Cayde-6, Oryx, and the others due to lack of cinematic appearances. Zavala certainly also counts among the coolest characters in the universe – even though fans suspect he might betray you in The Final Shape.
Overall, we set a limit of 25 characters to avoid making the selection too large and overwhelming. If a particularly special personality is missing from our list, feel free to choose the option “Another” and let us know in the comments who you would choose.
