These Subclasses are Successful and Popular – Almost Every Titan Has a Hammer
Moving away from items. The most popular subclass in the Trials of Osiris in Destiny is the Sunbreaker. Every fourth participant in the trials opts for this Titan subclass. The two least popular subclasses also belong to the Titan: only every fiftieth Osiris participant plays a Striker, and only every hundredth a Defender.
The Sunbreaker practically swallows the other Titan subclasses.
Only with the Titan does the “new” subclass dominate so strongly. Among the Warlocks, the Sunsinger is on top, thanks to Self-Rezz. 20% of all players are Sunsingers, 5% Voidwalkers, and 5.7% Stormcallers.
Among the Hunters, the Blade Dancer is last with 8%, the Nightstalker stands at 15.7% despite the nerf, and the Gunslinger at 17.3%.

Thus, 41% of all Osiris players are Hunters, 28% play Titan, and 31% Warlock.
And Which Subclass Leads in K/D Ratio?
Surprisingly, the kill/death ratios are also varied. The strongest is the Blade Dancer (1.08), followed by the Voidwalker (1.07) and the Gunslinger (1.06). The Voidwalker is still rarely played.
The weakest K/D belongs to the Warlock Stormcaller (0.93), with the Defender finishing second worst (0.94). The Sunsinger also has relatively weak values (0.95), but that is the Lazarus effect.
And What Do All These Data Mean?
Interesting data, inviting interpretations. It seems indisputable that in the Trials of Osiris it is crucial to revive teammates quickly. Red Death seems predestined to prevent getting “swept” after a heated firefight. Otherwise, the Empty Gaze seems to continue to establish its exceptional position as “the people’s standard weapon in TTK.” A relatively strong weapon that many players possess.
Of course, the class numbers are sensitive. On reddit, some experts believe it is clear that players “tend to the attractive, because new subclasses,” but are not yet able to handle them properly (both Nightstalker and Stormcaller are under 1.0). Only the Sunbreaker is strong enough that a mass of players can achieve successful results.
