Destiny: Weekly Reset on 16.5. – Nightfall Strike, Wrath of the Machine

In Destiny today, May 16th, a new week begins. The Weekly Reset is on the agenda. New activities are coming, such as the Nightfall Strike and the Featured Raid.

Hold onto something! This week the MMO shooter Destiny picks up speed – or rather its sequel Destiny 2. This Thursday at 7 PM the highly anticipated gameplay reveal will take place, and in the days afterwards, more footage expected from invited Guardians, and just yesterday Bungie released teasers in the form of a short video and a podcast.

Now let’s look at Destiny 1. Today is Weekly Reset. The Iron Banner and Trials of Osiris are coming to an end. New activities are on the way.

Nightfall Strike on May 16th on PS4 and Xbox One

This week the Nightfall is Winter Storm.

The modifiers are:

• Epic
• Specialist: Special weapon damage is increased
  
• Chaff: Radar is disabled
  
• Armored: More enemies have shields
  
• Exposed: Guardian shields are enhanced but regenerate slower
  

In the heroic SIVA Crisis Strike playlist the modifiers are Heroic, Solar Flare, Specialist, and Fresh Troops.

Challenge of the Elders and Story Playlist

In the weekly Story Playlist the missions are Dark Champions. The modifiers are Heroic, Solar Flare, and Brawler.

In the Challenge of the Elders, there are bonus points for melee kills. Modifiers are Sidearms and Catapult. You will fight against Noru’usk, the Overmind Minotaur and the Rebel Ghost.
