Destiny: Weekly Nightfall Strike on December 1st has been freshly repaired

In the MMO shooter Destiny, a new week with the Nightfall Strike begins on December 1st.

Thanksgiving is over, the 4-day weekend in the USA is over, the bellies of the Bungie employees are surely full and a bit tenser than usual. The new week in Destiny begins, and we are quickly approaching Christmas.

What’s happening this week in Destiny?

This week should remain calm; the December patch is expected next week or the week after. It will change the weapon balance, introduce 15 more exotic items, and also redecorate a bit in Destiny: This week, late Thursday night, we should find out how hard the Hammer Titans, the Sunbreakers, will be hit.

Whether we will find out this year what awaits us in 2016, is up in the stars: Maybe a DLC, maybe nothing. No one knows; it’s just speculation. What is clear at this moment: This will be the next Nightfall Strike.

Everything about the Nightfall Strike on December 1st is the Saber Strike

The strike “Fallen Saber” is the Nightfall – it has been fixed so that Destiny players can no longer “escape under the world” to ride out the difficult introductory passage.

The modifications are:

• Ignite Void – Void damage deals double damage when coming from Guardians; triple from enemies
• Brawler – Guardian melee damage is significantly increased
• Juggler – No ammo drops for the equipped weapon
• Ironclad – Enemies have more shields

According to initial reports, not only is the Nightfall Strike active today, but also the first Challenge Mode in the Raid. The Warpriest must then be defeated in a specific way for it to work. As a reward, one of the last 3 calcified fragments is waiting – and maybe something else…
