In the MMO shooter Destiny strange things happen every week and they are surprisingly often captured in clips. We have selected the best and most bizarre videos of the week for you.
Bungie is still on break, so there are no videos from them, but we have chosen the best from submissions by you and some other clips we found.
Our favorite is this extraordinary golf shot by a Guardian:
The video captivated our boss, who insisted we include it. It shows a Guardian catching a glimpse of the “House of Wolves” expansion during a deep fall in the Glass Chamber. And he was quite impressed by what was there. And since the boss has been grinning from the New Year’s photos from Gamestar, it’s even harder to say no to him than usual.
The boomerang effect of a rocket can be admired in this video clip from the Crucible.
The phenomenon of “Hard Scopers” who only stay in their scope and are completely fixated on one spot is playfully mocked here.
An absurd situation comes from our community, where a grenade comes back… but with a bang.

Because for too normal videos, our snobbish and discerning Destiny readership complains that it just doesn’t have enough flair, and they do this three times before breakfast and it’s always somehow more spectacular, and this sniping is at best mediocre; under a 360 No Scope and with a squawking parrot on the shoulder, that doesn’t impress anyone.
And no one should be subjected to that mockery. But: send us your videos anyway!
