In Destiny, on September 29th, the hotfix 2.4.0.3 is expected.
Bungie announced an update labeled 2.4.0.3 for this evening. This will be released exclusively on PS4 and Xbox One. The old consoles will remain on update 2.3.1.1.
2.4.0.3 is expected to be deployed around 7 PM. Once it is available for download, you may be removed from your activities and need to download and install the hotfix to play again. Or you might only be prompted to do so when you return to orbit. The CAT error code is possible.
And that’s all the information Bungie is providing. There is no mention of maintenance work or server downtime. After installing the patch, you should be able to start right back up.
The patch notes are not yet known. Bungie will publish them as soon as the update goes live.
Prominent issues include the skeleton key problem and the glitch in “Wrath of the Machine”.
