In the MMO shooter Destiny, the Trials of Osiris start today, on December 30th. Which map will be played?
Want to ring in the New Year with a bang? Not just with fireworks and firecrackers, but also with big guns in Destiny? Then starting this evening, you have the chance to do so again, as the Trials of Osiris begin.
Many streamers regularly use this weekly PvP event to showcase their skills in the Crucible to the community. For a few weeks now, it has been possible to do this directly on the Bungie page. There, viewers can also find useful features to learn more about the streamer and their Guardian.
The start of the Trials of Osiris is today at 6 PM. The Trials end next year, on January 3rd, at 10 AM. It will be played on the map Exodus Blue.
What are the Trials of Osiris?
In the Trials, you engage in intense PvP battles in the “Elimination” mode. You compete in teams of three against each other and try to fill your scorecard with victories. If the opposing team is completely defeated, you win a round. Fallen team members can be revived. Here, it’s not only about having strong gear but also about communication among the Guardians. A good knowledge of the map is advantageous.
With 5 and 7 victories, random rewards from Osiris’s loot pool can be obtained. Additionally, you should keep an eye on Brother Vance’s bounties for extra rewards. If you’re in top form, you can reach Mercury with a “flawless” ticket and loot the chest with the fine loot there.
Good luck in the Trials, Guardians.
