The Floating Gardens in Destiny – or: The Shrine of the Vex
A new map from RoI is called “Floating Gardens” in English. The setting for this is Venus.
The Floating Gardens are focused on the Vex. During an “impressive sunrise,” you will battle in a massive, circular shrine. This shrine was built by the Vex on top of a tower in the higher areas of Venus.
According to Senior Designer Derek Carroll, it is less of a shrine and more of a recycling center for the Vex. Here, the Vex that cannot be repaired can sacrifice themselves so that their parts can be “recycled” for the next Vex.
This map is good for capture modes. In the center of the map, there is a bridge, which, however, is quite unprotected. If you manage to hold it, you control the interior area of the Floating Gardens.
