In the MMO shooter Destiny the big update is coming next week. It will also change the Titans and the inventory of the cash shop.
This week’s Weekly Update is extremely short. We can summarize it in a telegram style:
- The update is coming next week, brings the ability to trade Wurmsporen and aetheric light; 15 “new” exotics, changes the weapon balance and the Titans
- The date for the patch is not revealed yet, saying “early next week”, it is expected to be Tuesday, the 8th of December (but this is still unofficial)
- How the Titans will be changed will be revealed on Friday – it is said that it will affect all 3 subclasses
- With the December update next week, the inventory in the cash shop of Tess Everis will change, those who still want to buy something should do it now, Bungie advises. The inventory that Tess is currently selling will move to “containers” and can still be purchased for silver, but not as directly as it is now. Rather unpredictably and indirectly.
- 339,000 Guardians have defeated the Warpriest in the Challenge Mode and snagged the emblem
- Next week it will be Golgoroth’s turn. He will be the Challenge boss.
Short and concise. Some expect that there might be new information about Destiny g from San Francisco over the weekend – the Sony event, the Playstation Experience 2015, will take place there. DeeJ also mentions the event in the Weekly Update, saying he will be there at least. Bungie’s Sphinx does not reveal more.
But before the weekend, first comes Friday: The new information about the Titan could be exciting. They are expected to be available in the evening. Xur’s appearance in the Tower or Reef on Friday, the 4th of December, will surely be exciting as well. We will report on his inventory.
