Basketball Room in King’s Fall

The Oryx raid offers not only three big bosses, jump sections, and plenty of loot for Guardians, but also a Basketball Room.

This ominous room was discovered for the first time in early October by Brazilian Guardians. The strange thing about it was that the Guardians themselves did not know how they got in there, nor what to do in this room. Because there was no loot to be found inside.

The global Guardian community immediately jumped on this secret, and a short time later, it was solved. In the jump section before Golgoroth, players have to jump on six spears in a specific order, then a player can “glitch over” to the room. Once accomplished, platforms appear, and the other players can easily enter the room.

However, inside the room is only a relic that one can “dunk” into a statue – almost like basketball. In this video, you can see the way to the room and what is inside:

Even here, Guardians tried everything possible to wrest a secret or loot from the room.

Game Director Luke Smith then solved this “puzzle”: The room is just a fun Easter egg. There is no loot to be found there.
