This is still one of the most puzzling exotics at the moment. It will probably enhance the Warlock’s “Energy Drain,” the melee attack of the Voidwalker, making it a kind of vampire.
The passive bonus on reload and handling could prove extremely useful for some tactics. These would then be situational gloves for an offensive playstyle that relies on weapon swapping. You could also use weapons that you usually don’t because they have too long reload times.
Could definitely work in an item build that’s focused on these gloves.
