The Glimmer bonus would surely be something for a kind of “Glimmer Find” armor, just like there are “Magic Find” armors in other games. The second property with the spheres at full super might be something for Sun Singer Warlocks who like to throw grenades and engage in melee. Therefore, you should not underestimate the armor. Such basically passive bonuses can significantly affect damage output.
However, the Alchemist’s Robe doesn’t exactly trigger a jubilation.
