The experts at Planet Destiny believe these gloves could be to the Hunter’s “Skip Grenade” what the “ handcuffs of nothing” were to the Warlock’s scatter grenade: An underused grenade became really strong and popular through an exotic item.
This is a specific build, you hardly gain anything from it except a strong grenade. But the “handcuffs of nothing” are still considered one of the strongest exotics from the House of Wolves, so maybe Shinobu’s Vow will make it too.
It’s definitely worth giving it a trial run.
