To cut to the chase: This thing is powerful and is among the best primary weapons in Destiny. This pulse rifle archetype is only matched by the Griff von Malok and The Waltz, with The Waltz lagging behind in base stats compared to the other two.
Overall, the Griff von Malok has slightly better stats than the Dragon; however, it’s challenging to obtain it with a “God Roll.” If The Clever Dragon is featured in the Iron Banner, Guardians will be flooded with it and can hunt for the perfect perks for a week.
To achieve the “God Roll,” stability must be increased: Perfect Balance and Balance Compensation are a must. What additional perk is needed can be debated. High Caliber Rounds are certainly welcome for rapid-firing pulse rifles.
