Plan C
The Plan C is a Fusion Rifle with Arc damage. In times when the strength of fusion rifles is being hotly debated and significantly more shotguns and sniper rifles can be found in the Crucible, the Plan C makes a clear statement against that. At least, according to the numbers from Bungie.
