In Destiny, Zavala has a weekly elite bounty called “Make a Rainbow.” We will show you how to quickly earn the required Rainbow Medals.
The “The Dawning” event is not only about the Sparrow Racing League, but also about Strike scoring. Zavala is your contact for this feature. He has quests and bounties for you through which you can earn great rewards.
A weekly bounty is called “Make a Rainbow.” The task is to earn 10 Rainbow Medals. You receive one by quickly getting a primary weapon, special weapon, and “heavy weapons” streak in Strike scoring. How does that work?
Efficiently receive Rainbow Medals in Strikes
You achieve a streak by quickly getting three kills in a Strike with one weapon category. For example, take out three enemies with your Hawkmoon for a primary weapon streak. Then switch to the special weapon, kill three enemies again, and finish the fun with a heavy weapon.
Note: The order does not matter. You do not have to start with the primary weapon streak. According to the YouTuber Mesa Sean, there is also no time limit between the streaks. You can complete them relatively relaxed one after the other.
Once you have the three streaks, you will receive the Rainbow Medal.
Where should I get the medals best?
If you play the Strikes in a “normal” way, it is difficult to meet these requirements in the middle of the fight. Therefore, the tip: Start a Strike – this week the Nightfall Strike “The Nexus” is excellent for this – and eliminate the enemies right at the beginning to earn Rainbow Medals. So don’t run right into the middle of the Strike, but stay in the starting area and take out the low-level enemies.
New enemies spawn here repeatedly, so within a few minutes you will have all the Rainbow Medals and can complete Zavala’s bounty. Tip: Bring syntheses!
Good luck, Guardian!
