In Destiny there is a prediction for the next Nightfall Strike on Tuesday, April 7th.
Once again, dataminer Megaman has managed to predict the weekly Nightfall strike in Destiny for the upcoming week. And it’s a strike that likely won’t please many. The featured strike is Cerberus Vae III, featuring Valus Ta’aurc. It is a “No-Burn” strike, meaning there is no damage modifier active, which means: What usually characterizes the Nightfall is absent, and it is simply a tough “normal” strike.
Cerberus Vae III is considered one of the most tedious and cumbersome strikes in the MMO shooter Destiny and is set to be shortened with the next patch. Valus Ta’aurc will lose 15% of his HP, and the strike itself is also expected to be shorter. However, that is not active yet.
The Nightfall grants a chance for special rewards upon successful completion and provides a 24.5% bonus to all experience and reputation earned in the week.
The modifiers for the likely Nightfall strike on April 7th in Destiny
- Nightfall – The Nightfall modifier means that the death of any Guardian has consequences. This requires Cerberus Vae III to restart, and all enemies return.
- Epic – this modifier sets the difficulty level of the strike.
- Lightswitch – Lightswitch causes enemies to deal double melee damage, while the Guardians themselves do not.
- Angry – Angry allows enemies to attack even when they should be retreating.
- Juggler – When Juggler is active, there is no ammunition for the weapon that was used to kill the enemies.
In the heroic Weekly, Lightswitch is active.
Which weapons are recommended and are there any tricks?
You can use the same weapons that you would normally use for the strike. Sniper rifles like Black Spindle or the Icebreaker have proven to be useful. Of course, the Gjallarhorn wreaks havoc here as well.
