In the MMO shooter Destiny , a player has now solved the jump puzzle in the raid in another way: He simply jumped over it.
When the first teams advanced in King’s Fall, the jump puzzle turned out to be quite a challenging obstacle. You jump onto a ship, which sails for a while before it dematerializes, then you have to hit the next one. Gradually, almost all players figured that out, although it is still a lot of fun when a player falls. And that’s exactly what the raid designers planned, a moment for players to come together, chat, and relax before the action continues.
A YouTuber has now found a method to jump over this jump puzzle. He doesn’t worry about the other ships at all but just jumps and stays in the air forever. As a Titan with an exotic sword, special skills, and the chest armor Dawnbreaker’s Garrison, this insane stunt works in Destiny. It somewhat reminds me of the Jackass stunts with the Hellmouth back in the day. See for yourself.
