A picture has surfaced regarding the next expansion of Destiny – it reveals the title “Rise of Iron.”
Last night, “marketing materials” for the next Destiny expansion appeared on reddit: a poster likely featuring the key art, the image used for marketing the game.
Kotaku has confirmed through “two sources close to Bungie” that the poster is real. The sources remain anonymous, but Kotaku has often proven through stories that they are frequently privy to insider information about Destiny that is not intended for public release.
The expansion “Rise of Iron” is expected to be revealed at E3 and will supposedly launch in September. Allegedly, there should be a raid with Fallen, as Kotaku knows. But then the information tends to veer into pure speculation.
Destiny 2 is expected to be released next year, which has been postponed. Now, for September, there is an expectation of an expansion similar to “The Taken King” in 2015. It seems like it now has a name. And is that Lord Saladin on the poster, and does he have an axe?
