Curse of Zaouli – Hand Cannon

The Curse of Zaouli deals void damage in the adept version. The hand cannon has a low impact of 68 but a high fire rate. The magazine size, aim assist, and stability are good, but range and reload speed could be significantly better.

These are the perks:

• Will of Light: Bonus damage against the Taken
• Cocoon: When the weapon is stowed, it automatically reloads from reserves
• Lifesteal: Three quick kills restore some health and start regeneration

You have the choice between:

• Enhanced Barrel: Increased range, reduced stability
• Hand Loader: Effective at longer range
• Lightweight: +2 character agility

Additionally, there is Field Choke, Improved Ballistics, and Drift Control.

With the last update, hand cannons were slightly nerfed – however, the Curse of Zaouli was already bad before. Some guardians consider this weapon to be one of the worst in the game overall, as the other primary weapons simply outperform it. Not recommended in PvP and generally also in PvE.
