Now, initial remarks from the streamer Gothalion have come to light, which are “more dubious” than usual, as he is not allowed to say anything, and the information comes only from second-hand sources.

Supposedly, the new arena will be longer than the last raid
According to a user on reddit, the streamer stated that the new activity “Prison of Elders” is longer than the last raid Crota’s End and should satisfy raiders. Whether this is true or not, it raises an interesting point for our question to you: Can the new arena replace a 6-man raid to which they have become so accustomed?
The new 3-player activity will be in House of Wolves, while a new 6-player raid will not be included. This caused immediate outrage among players. Emotions ran high, as playing in a 6-man team was seen as a strength of the game, and many had expected even more raids from House of Wolves than from the last, rather disappointing Crota’s End. Instead, Destiny will now continue without a raid.

Bungie’s schedule currently indicates that the new Crucible maps and the Trials of Osiris event will be revealed on April 29. On May 6, the Prison of Elders and the new strike will be available. According to Bungie, it is intended to serve a similar function as the Nightfall strike and provide players with more to do each week. Like the Nightfall, it will be on a weekly lockout.
