This artifact can be quite practical in PvP. This allows you to clearly identify opposing Guardians even through fog or grenade effects, which can save your life or secure a kill. However, only enemies with low health are marked, which means they must have suffered significant damage before the artifact’s effect applies. Furthermore, you often recognize the behavior of enemies to see if they have a charged super or not. Whether you need an artifact for that is something everyone must decide for themselves. In PvE, it has even less value.
Therefore, the verdict: Good in theory, rather disappointing in practice.
